Power Saving Mode

To conserve battery life, the mouse is equipped with automatic hibernation features:

  • Light Hibernation: After approximately 1 minute of inactivity, the mouse enters a light hibernation state. Simply move the mouse to wake it up.
  • Deep Hibernation: After approximately 10 minutes of inactivity, the mouse enters a deep hibernation state. Click any button on the mouse to wake it up.
  • To fully power off the mouse and maximize battery life during extended periods of non-use, use the ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the device.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the mouse. Avoid using liquid cleaners, abrasive materials, or solvents, as these can damage the surface or internal components.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace the AA battery when the mouse performance degrades, becomes unresponsive, or the cursor movement becomes erratic. Always dispose of used batteries responsibly.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, it is recommended to turn off the mouse using the ON/OFF switch and store the USB Nano Receiver inside its dedicated slot within the battery compartment to prevent loss.

Troubleshooting

Mouse not responding:

  • Ensure the mouse is turned ON using the switch on the bottom.
  • Check the battery level and replace the AA battery if necessary.
  • Verify that the USB Nano Receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer.
  • Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port on your computer.
  • Move the mouse closer to the USB receiver to ensure it is within the 10-meter operating range.

Cursor movement is erratic or imprecise:

  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris.
  • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Avoid highly reflective, transparent, or uneven surfaces. A mouse pad is recommended.
  • Adjust the DPI settings to a lower sensitivity if the cursor movement feels too fast or uncontrollable.

Silent click feature not working as expected:

  • The silent click feature significantly reduces noise but does not eliminate it entirely. A very faint sound may still be audible.
  • If the click sound is unusually loud or feels different, ensure there is no obstruction under the buttons. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
