This digital sports watch offers multiple functions including a luminous backlight, alarm, hourly chime, stopwatch, day and date display, and 12/24 hour format. Designed for outdoor activities, it features WR30M water resistance, making it suitable for splashes and rain. Constructed with a durable ABS case, PU plastic strap, stainless steel back cover and buckle, and a thickened acrylic resin mirror face, it is resistant to drops and wear.

• LIGHT Button (Top Left): Activates the backlight for viewing in low light conditions.
• MODE Button (Bottom Left): Cycles through different display modes (Time, Alarm, Stopwatch).
• ST/STP Button (Top Right): Starts and stops the stopwatch; used for setting values.
• RESET Button (Bottom Right): Resets the stopwatch; used for selecting values during setting.

Setup and Basic Operation

Setting Time and Date

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button three times to enter time setting mode. The seconds will flash.
2. Press the RESET button to select the value you wish to adjust (seconds, hour, minute, month, date, day of week).
3. Use the ST/STP button to increase the selected value. Hold ST/STP to advance rapidly.
4. After setting all values, press the MODE button once to return to the normal time display.

12/24 Hour Format

In time setting mode (seconds flashing), press the ST/STP button when the hour is selected to toggle between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.

Setting the Alarm

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter alarm setting mode. The hour will flash.
2. Press the RESET button to select between hour and minute.
3. Use the ST/STP button to adjust the hour and minute.
4. Press the MODE button once to return to the normal time display.

Activating/Deactivating Alarm and Hourly Chime

In alarm setting mode, press the ST/STP button to toggle the alarm ON/OFF. Press the RESET button to toggle the hourly chime ON/OFF.

Operating Instructions

Using the Backlight

Press the LIGHT button (top left) to illuminate the display for a few seconds.

Using the Stopwatch

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter stopwatch mode. The display will show '00:00:00'.
2. Press the ST/STP button to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the ST/STP button again to stop the stopwatch.
4. Press the RESET button to reset the stopwatch to '00:00:00'.
5. Press the MODE button to return to the normal time display.

Water Resistance (WR30M)

Your Zerodis WR30M Digital Sports Watch is designed with WR30M water resistance. This means it is suitable for daily use, resistant to splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water. It is not suitable for showering, swimming, diving, or any activities involving high-pressure water or prolonged submersion. Do not operate buttons while the watch is wet or submerged.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly. Avoid using chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish and seals.

Battery Replacement

The watch uses one LR1130 1.5V 80mAh battery. When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, the battery may need replacement. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.

Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

• Display is blank or dim: The battery may be low or depleted. Replace the battery.
• Time is incorrect: Re-set the time following the instructions in the "Setting Time and Date" section. Ensure the 12/24 hour format is set correctly.
• Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not wet. If the issue persists, a reset may be needed (consult a professional if no external reset button is visible).
• Water inside the watch: Immediately take the watch to a professional for inspection and repair to prevent further damage.
