3. Setup

General Operation Steps:

1. Place food on the appropriate accessory (air-flow basket for air frying, baking rack for baking/toasting).
2. Close the oven door securely.
3. Turn the 'Function' knob to select your desired cooking mode (Air Fry, Warm, Broil, Toast, Bake, Convection).
4. Turn the 'Temp/°C' knob to set the desired cooking temperature (100°C to 250°C).
5. Turn the 'Timer' knob to set the cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The oven will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero.
6. For functions requiring fan assistance (e.g., Air Fry, Convection), adjust the 'Speed' knob to LOW or HIGH as needed.
7. Monitor food through the glass door. For even cooking, some foods may require shaking or flipping halfway through the cooking cycle.
8. Once cooking is complete, carefully remove food using oven mitts.

• Air Fry: Uses Speed Air Technology for crispy results. Best for fries, chicken wings, and other fried foods. Use the air-flow basket.
