To install the cooktop as a drop-in unit, ensure your countertop has a cutout size of 18.9" x 9.45". Apply the provided bottom sealing tape around the edges of the cooktop before lowering it into the cutout for a secure fit. No electrician is needed for this 120V plug-in design.
