2. SIM Card Insertion
Your BLU View 2 smartphone requires a SIM card to connect to the Total by Verizon network. Ensure the phone is powered off before inserting or removing the SIM card.
- Locate the SIM card slot on the side of your device.
- Use the provided SIM ejector tool (if applicable) or a small paperclip to open the SIM tray.
- Place the SIM card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down, ensuring it is correctly oriented.
- Gently push the SIM tray back into the slot until it is flush with the phone's body.
3. Initial Power On and Activation

Operating Your BLU View 2
Basic Functions
- Making Calls: Tap the Phone icon, enter the number, and tap the call button.
- Sending Messages: Open the Messages app, tap "Start chat," enter the recipient and message, then send.
- Internet Browsing: Use the pre-installed web browser or download one from the Google Play Store.
- Wi-Fi Connectivity: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi to connect to available networks.
