3.1.2 Memory (RAM) Installation

Locate the two DDR4 DIMM slots. Open the clips at both ends of the slot. Align the notch on the DDR4 memory module with the key in the slot. Insert the module firmly until the clips snap into place, securing the RAM.

3.1.3 Storage Installation (NVMe M.2 and SATA)

For NVMe M.2 SSDs, insert the drive into the M.2 slot and secure it with the provided screw. For SATA drives, connect the SATA data cable from the drive to one of the four SATA 6Gb/s ports on the motherboard. Connect the SATA power cable from your power supply to the drive.

3.1.4 Power Connections

Connect the 24-pin ATX power connector from your power supply to the main power socket on the motherboard. Connect the 8-pin CPU power connector to the corresponding socket near the CPU.

3.2 Connecting Peripherals

Connect your display to one of the available video output ports (DVI, HD Multimedia Interface, or VGA). Connect USB devices (keyboard, mouse, etc.) to the USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 ports. For network access, connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ-45 LAN port. Audio devices can be connected to the appropriate audio jacks.

4. Operating Instructions

Once all components are installed and connected, power on your system. The motherboard will initiate the boot process. You may need to access the BIOS/UEFI setup (typically by pressing DEL or F2 during startup) to configure boot order, system time, or other advanced settings. The integrated graphics processor allows for direct display output, and multiple display ports enable multi-monitor setups.

5. Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity and stable performance of your motherboard, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Keep it Clean: Regularly clean dust from inside your PC case using compressed air. Ensure proper airflow to prevent overheating.
  • Stable Power: Always use a reliable power supply unit (PSU) and consider a surge protector to prevent damage from power fluctuations.
  • Handle with Care: When handling the motherboard, always hold it by the edges and avoid touching components or circuits directly. Use anti-static precautions.
  • BIOS Updates: Exercise caution when updating the BIOS. Only update if necessary and follow official instructions precisely. Incorrect BIOS updates can render the motherboard inoperable.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your motherboard, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • No Power: Ensure all power cables (24-pin ATX, 8-pin CPU) are securely connected. Check your power supply unit.
  • No Display: Verify that your monitor is connected to the correct video output port on the motherboard or discrete graphics card. Reseat RAM modules.
  • System Instability/Crashes: Check for proper seating of all components (CPU, RAM, expansion cards). Ensure adequate cooling. Test memory modules individually.
  • Peripheral Not Detected: Try connecting the peripheral to a different port. Ensure drivers are installed for the operating system.
  • BIOS Issues: If the system fails to boot after a BIOS update, consult the manufacturer's website for recovery procedures. Note that official documentation for this specific model may be limited.
