Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to correctly attach or remove the smartwatch band:

  1. Correct Installation: Align the spring bar with the hole on the watch casing. Push the spring bar inwards from the front of the watch towards the backside until it clicks into place. Ensure both ends of the spring bar are securely seated in the watch lugs.
  2. Incorrect Installation (Avoid): Do not attempt to push the spring bar from the back of the watch towards the front. This method will not allow the band to attach correctly and may damage the watch or band.
  3. Removal: To remove the band, locate the small lever on the spring bar. Pull the lever inwards to retract the spring bar, then gently detach the band from the watch casing.

Maintenance

To maintain the quality and appearance of your smartwatch band, follow these guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the leather surface with a soft, dry cloth. For the silicone underside, a damp cloth can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Water Exposure: While the silicone is water-resistant, prolonged exposure to water can affect the leather. Avoid submerging the band in water. If it gets wet, dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth.
  • Storage: Store the band in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Lamshaw smartwatch band, please consider the following:

  • Band Not Attaching Securely: Ensure the spring bar is correctly aligned and fully seated in the watch lugs as described in the "Setup and Installation" section. Verify that the spring bar is not bent or damaged.
  • Discomfort or Skin Irritation: Ensure the band is not too tight. If irritation persists, clean the band thoroughly and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item or experience quality-related issues within 30 days of purchase, please contact our customer support for a replacement or refund.
