3. Setup and Assembly
Your EVERCROSS EK6 Electric Bicycle comes partially assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly and initial setup.
3.1 Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Check for any visible damage during transit. Contact customer support immediately if damage is found.
- Verify all parts listed in the packing list are present: 1 x Electric Bicycle, 1 x Bicycle Lock, 1 x Inflator, 1 x Charger, 1 x User Manual.
3.2 Handlebar and Seat Post Installation
- Unfold the bicycle frame.
- Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube and secure it firmly. Ensure the handlebar is aligned with the front wheel.
- Insert the seat post into the seat tube and adjust to a comfortable height (87-102 cm). Secure the quick-release lever.
3.3 Pedal Installation
- Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals.
- Thread the right pedal (R) clockwise into the right crank arm.
- Thread the left pedal (L) counter-clockwise into the left crank arm.
- Tighten both pedals securely with a wrench.
3.4 Initial Battery Charge

- Start-from-Zero Safety Feature: For safety, the motor will only engage when the bicycle reaches a speed of at least 3.75 MPH (6 KM/H). This prevents accidental acceleration from a standstill.

- Use the shifter on the handlebar to change gears according to terrain and desired effort. Shift to lower gears for uphill climbs and higher gears for flat terrain or downhill.
