Setup Instructions
Unpacking and Components

Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and - terminals).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Initial Placement and Calibration
For accurate readings, place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring.
- Place the scale on a stable, level surface.
- Step onto the scale briefly, then step off. The display will show "0.0" or a similar reading, indicating it is calibrating.

Basic Weighing

- Gently step onto the center of the scale with bare feet.
- Stand still until your weight is displayed and stabilizes. The scale will beep when the reading is complete.
- Step off the scale. The reading will hold for a few seconds before turning off automatically.
Unit Conversion
The scale supports both pounds (lb) and kilograms (kg). To change the unit:
- Locate the unit button on the underside of the scale, near the battery compartment.
- Press the button to toggle between lb and kg. The selected unit will be displayed on the screen.
Bluetooth Connectivity and Fitdays App (Optional)
To track your weight and BMI data over time, you can pair your scale with the Fitdays app (available for Android and iOS).
