4. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your FEVM FA780 Mini PC.
- Connect to Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC-in port on the Mini PC, then connect the adapter to a power outlet.
- Connect Display: Use the provided HDMI cable to connect your monitor or TV to one of the HDMI ports on the Mini PC. For 8K resolution or triple display setup, utilize the USB4 port with a compatible cable and adapter if necessary.
- Connect Peripherals: Connect your USB keyboard and mouse to the available USB ports.
- Network Connection (Optional): For a wired internet connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port on the Mini PC. For wireless, Wi-Fi 6 is built-in.
- Power On: Press the power button located on the front of the Mini PC. The system will boot into Windows 11 Pro.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Initial Windows Setup
Upon first boot, you will be guided through the Windows 11 Pro setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your region, language, network, and user account.
5.2 Multi-Display Configuration
The FEVM FA780 supports up to three displays simultaneously, utilizing its two HDMI ports and one USB4 port. This allows for extended desktop environments for enhanced productivity or immersive gaming.

To configure multiple displays in Windows:
- Right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings."
- Windows should detect all connected displays. You can arrange them by dragging and dropping.
- Select each display and choose your preferred display mode (Extend these displays, Duplicate these displays, Show only on 1, Show only on 2, etc.).
5.3 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Connectivity
The Mini PC features Wi-Fi 6 for fast wireless internet and Bluetooth 5.2 for connecting wireless peripherals like headphones, keyboards, and mice.
- Wi-Fi: Click the network icon in the taskbar, select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and connect.
- Bluetooth: Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices, turn on Bluetooth, and pair your devices.
5.4 TDP Mode Switching
The FEVM FA780 offers three Thermal Design Power (TDP) modes to balance performance and power consumption according to your needs:
- Quiet Mode (35W): Optimized for low noise and power efficiency, suitable for light tasks and media consumption.
- Balance Mode (45W): A balanced setting for everyday computing and moderate workloads.
- Performance Mode (54W): Maximizes CPU and GPU performance for demanding applications, gaming, and video editing.

To switch between TDP modes, refer to the specific software utility provided by FEVM or check your system's BIOS/UEFI settings. Typically, a dedicated application or a function key combination might be available.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Mini PC.
- Keep Vents Clear: Ensure that the ventilation openings on the Mini PC are not obstructed. Blocked vents can lead to overheating and reduced performance.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the Mini PC. For dust accumulation in vents, use compressed air. Do not use liquid cleaners directly on the device.
- Software Updates: Regularly update Windows and device drivers to ensure system stability, security, and performance. Go to Settings > Windows Update to check for updates.
- Storage Management: Periodically clean up unnecessary files and applications to free up storage space and maintain system speed.
7. Troubleshooting
