Setup

Charging the Speaker

  1. Connect the provided AC charging cable to the speaker's power input port.
  2. Plug the other end of the AC charging cable into a wall outlet.
  3. The charging indicator lights will illuminate. A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Power on the Boombox BBS01 by pressing and holding the power button.
  2. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash, indicating it's in pairing mode.
  3. On your smartphone, tablet, or computer, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "AIWA BBS01" from the list of devices.
  5. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light will become solid.

TWS (True Wireless Sound) Pairing

To pair two Boombox BBS01 speakers for stereo sound:

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the TWS button (usually indicated by two interlocking circles).
  3. The primary speaker will search for the secondary speaker.
  4. Once connected, both speakers will play audio in stereo.

Operating Instructions

Basic Controls

  • Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off. Short press to play/pause.
  • Volume Up (+): Increase volume.
  • Volume Down (-): Decrease volume.
  • Previous Track: Short press to go to the previous song.
  • Next Track: Short press to go to the next song.
  • Bluetooth Button: Short press to disconnect/reconnect Bluetooth. Long press to enter pairing mode.

Using the AIWA Brasil App

Download the AIWA Brasil app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to unlock advanced features:

  • Equalizer Control: Customize bass, mid, and treble levels to your preference.
  • BOOST Function: Activate for more powerful bass, especially at volumes above 70%.
  • Firmware Updates: Keep your speaker's software up-to-date for optimal performance.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the speaker's surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Water and Dust Protection: While IP66 rated, ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposing the speaker to water or dust. Do not submerge the speaker.
  • Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the speaker regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
