4.2 Slicing

4.3 Grating

- Secure the food item (e.g., cheese) onto the finger guard.
- Slide the finger guard with the food item back and forth across the grating surface. Grated food will collect in the base.

4.4 Julienne Cutting
- Attach the julienne blade tool to the collecting base.
- Secure the food item (e.g., carrot) onto the finger guard.
- Slide the finger guard with the food item back and forth across the julienne blade to create thin strips, which will fall into the collecting base.
