7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your TV, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| No power | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the TV and the wall outlet. Check if the outlet is working. |
| No picture, but sound is present | Check the input source. Ensure external devices are powered on and connected correctly. |
| No sound, but picture is present | Check the volume level. Ensure Mute is not activated. Check audio cables for external sound systems. |
| Remote control not working | Replace the batteries. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV's IR sensor. |
| Wi-Fi connection issues | Ensure your router is on and working. Try restarting the TV and router. Check Wi-Fi password. |
| DVB-S2 (Satellite) channel issues | Ensure satellite dish is properly aligned. If using a CAM (Conditional Access Module) for Tivùsat, some users have reported issues with channel numbering or video/audio synchronization; try removing the CAM to see if terrestrial channels function normally. This may indicate a software or CAM compatibility issue. |
| Standby LED is too bright at night | This is a known characteristic for some models. Currently, there may not be an option in settings to disable or dim the standby LED. |
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact TCL customer support or a qualified service technician.
