1. Setup Instructions

1.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the display from its packaging. Inspect for any damage incurred during shipping. Retain all packaging materials for future transport or service needs.

1.2 Mounting

This display is designed for Table Mount installation. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and capable of supporting the display's weight (approximately 2072 ounces or 129.5 lbs). Follow the instructions provided with your table mount accessory for secure installation.

1.3 Connecting Devices

Connect your source devices to the display using the available ports:

  • HDMI: Connect up to 1 HDMI device for video and audio input.
  • USB: Connect USB devices for media playback or other functionalities. The display features 1 total USB port, including 1 USB 3.0 port.
  • Wi-Fi: Utilize Wi-Fi connectivity for network features.

1.4 Initial Power On

After connecting all necessary cables, plug the display's power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The display features an Auto Power On function, which powers on the display as soon as it is plugged into a power outlet.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button on the display or remote control to turn the unit on or off. As noted, the display may power on automatically when connected to power.

The integrated USB Viewer permits playback of presentations or display images stored as JPG files directly from a USB flash drive, without requiring a connected PC.

2.5 Power Management

The display includes a power management feature that automatically turns off the unit when an incoming signal is not detected from any of the inputs for a set period. This conserves energy.

2.6 Round-the-Clock Scheduler

Utilize the Round-the-Clock Scheduler for advanced scheduling of display power-up and power-down times. This feature helps increase panel lifetime, reduce power consumption, and save operational time and expense.

3. Maintenance

3.1 Cleaning the Display

To clean the display screen, gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a non-abrasive, display-safe cleaning solution. Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the screen or into ventilation openings.

3.2 General Care

Ensure adequate ventilation around the display. Do not block any ventilation openings. Avoid exposing the display to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight. Disconnect power before performing any cleaning or maintenance.

4. Troubleshooting

4.1 No Power

  • Check if the power cord is securely connected to both the display and the power outlet.
  • Verify the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
  • Ensure the power button on the display or remote control has been pressed.

4.2 No Signal / Blank Screen

  • Confirm that the source device (e.g., computer, media player) is powered on and outputting a signal.
  • Check that the video cable (e.g., HDMI) is securely connected to both the display and the source device.
  • Use the input selection function to ensure the correct input source is selected on the display.
  • Try a different video cable or source device to isolate the issue.

4.3 Poor Image Quality

  • Adjust display settings such as brightness, contrast, and sharpness via the OSD menu.
  • Ensure the source device is outputting a resolution compatible with the display's native resolution (3840x2160).
  • Check for any interference from other electronic devices.
