5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Vehicle Battery

  1. Connect the USB charging cable to a USB power adapter (not included).
  2. Connect the battery to the charging cable.
  3. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status. Refer to the charger's specific instructions for light indications.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the battery from the charger. Do not leave batteries charging unattended.

5.2 Installing Vehicle Battery

  1. Remove the body clips and lift the vehicle body.
  2. Place a fully charged Li-ion battery into the battery compartment.
  3. Connect the battery connector to the vehicle's ESC connector. Ensure the connection is secure.
  4. Replace the vehicle body and secure it with the body clips.

5.3 Installing Remote Control Batteries

  1. Open the battery cover on the back of the remote control.
  2. Insert 3 AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment, observing correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close the battery cover.

5.4 Binding the Remote Control

The vehicle and remote control are typically pre-bound from the factory. If re-binding is necessary:

  1. Ensure the vehicle battery is connected and the vehicle's power switch is OFF.
  2. Turn ON the remote control.
  3. Turn ON the vehicle's power switch.
  4. The indicator light on the remote control should become solid, indicating a successful bind. If not, repeat the steps or consult the troubleshooting section.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Controls

  • Throttle Trigger: Pull the trigger to move forward, push to brake/reverse.
  • Steering Wheel: Turn left to steer left, turn right to steer right.

6.2 Trimming Adjustments

  • ST Trim (Steering Trim): Adjusts the neutral steering position. If the vehicle pulls left or right when the steering wheel is centered, use the ST trim to correct it.
  • TH Trim (Throttle Trim): Adjusts the neutral throttle position. If the vehicle creeps forward or backward when the throttle trigger is centered, use the TH trim to correct it.

6.3 Throttle Limit Switch

The remote control features an adjustable throttle limit switch (0-100%). This allows you to reduce the maximum speed of the vehicle, which can be useful for beginners or when operating in smaller spaces. Adjust the switch to your desired speed setting.

6.4 Lighting Modes

The vehicle features seven adjustable lighting modes. Refer to the remote control's specific light control button or switch to cycle through the available modes.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your RC truck:
