4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your HONEY JOY high chair. A screwdriver may be required for some steps (not included).
- Attach Legs to Seat Unit: Insert the appropriate legs (long for high chair mode, short for toddler chair mode) into the designated slots on the underside of the seat unit. Ensure they click securely into place.
- Install Footrest: Slide the footrest onto the legs at the desired height. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Attach Non-slip Foot Pads: Secure the non-slip foot pads to the bottom of each leg.
- Attach Trays: Align the double tray with the slots on the front of the seat unit. Push inward until it locks into position. The tray can be adjusted to 2 positions.
- Verify Stability: Before placing your child in the high chair, gently push down on the seat and check that all connections are secure and the chair is stable.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Adjusting the Double Tray
The high chair features a detachable double tray. The upper tray is ideal for eating and includes a cup holder. The lower tray can be used for playtime activities.
- To Attach: Align the tray with the armrests and slide it forward until it clicks into place.
- To Detach: Press the release button (usually located underneath the tray or on the sides) and pull the tray outwards.
- To Adjust Position: The tray has 2 adjustable positions. Press the release button and slide the tray forward or backward to the desired position, ensuring it locks securely.

5.2. Using the 3-Point Safety Harness
Always secure your child with the 3-point safety harness to prevent falls and ensure safety.
- Place your child in the seat.
- Bring the waist straps around your child's waist and connect them to the buckle.
- Adjust the straps to ensure a snug but comfortable fit.
5.3. Converting Between Modes
The high chair can be converted into four different modes to suit your child's developmental stage.
- Infant High Chair with Tray: Use the long legs and attach both trays.
- High Chair without Tray: Use the long legs and remove the trays.
- Lower Toddler Dining Chair: Remove the long legs and attach the short legs. Use with the tray.
- Toddler Chair: Remove the long legs and attach the short legs. Remove the trays.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

- Trays: The upper and lower trays are made of BPA-free PP material and are dishwasher safe. They can also be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Seat: The seat is waterproof and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Frame: Wipe the stainless steel legs and other frame components with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
- Harness: The 3-point safety harness can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water. Allow to air dry completely.
