Initial Connection
Connect the power cable to the projector and a power outlet. Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the remote control. The projector features a standard 1/4-20 mount on the bottom for tripod or ceiling installations.

Screen Mirroring
The projector supports screen mirroring from iOS and Android devices, allowing you to cast content directly from your smartphone or tablet. Note that due to copyright restrictions, streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Hulu do not support direct mirror screening from smartphones; a TV stick must be connected to play content from these platforms.

Cleaning and Ventilation
Regularly clean the projector lens with a soft, lint-free cloth. Ensure that the air inlet and air outlet vents are unobstructed during operation. This helps maintain proper cooling and prevents the accumulation of dust, which can lead to black spots on the projection.
4. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Pericat PJ108 projector, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
- No direct streaming from smartphone for certain apps: Due to copyright, videos from platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Hulu are not supported for direct mirror screening with a smartphone. You must connect a TV stick to the projector to play content from these services.
- WiFi connection issues: Ensure both your smart device and the projector are connected to the same WiFi network.
- Optimal viewing environment: For the best performance, it is recommended to use the projector in a dark environment.
- Black spots on projection: Make sure that nothing blocks the air inlet and air outlet when using the projector. Proper ventilation effectively prevents the formation of black spots.
