1. Introduction

It includes one universal AC outlet, one USB-A port, and three USB-C Power Delivery (PD) fast charging ports, making it compatible with a wide range of devices across over 200 countries.

2. Important Safety Information

• This adapter is NOT a voltage converter. It does not convert voltage. Ensure your device is compatible with the local voltage (100V-250V) before plugging it into the AC outlet. Failure to do so may damage your device.
• Do not use with high-power appliances that exceed 2000W (e.g., certain hair dryers, electric shavers, hair straighteners, water heaters) unless they are dual-voltage compatible and within the adapter's power limit.
• For indoor use only.
• Do not expose to liquids or extreme temperatures.
• Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the adapter.
• Keep out of reach of children.

To retract a plug, press the release button and push the plug back into the adapter body.

2. For AC-powered devices, plug your device's power cord into the universal AC outlet on the front of the adapter.

• Adapter not powering on:
  • Ensure the adapter is securely plugged into a live wall outlet.
  • Check if the power indicator light is on. If not, try a different outlet.
  • Verify that the selected plug type is fully extended and locked.
• Device not charging:
  • Ensure your charging cable is properly connected to both the adapter and your device.
  • Try a different USB port or cable.
  • Confirm your device is compatible with the local voltage if using the AC outlet.
  • If multiple devices are connected, the power distribution might reduce charging speed for individual devices. Try charging a single device.
• Overload Protection Activated:
  • If the adapter stops working due to a short circuit or overload, disconnect all devices and unplug the adapter. The built-in auto-resetting fuse will recover automatically after 2-3 minutes.
  • Reduce the total power load by disconnecting some devices, especially high-power ones.
• Slow Charging:
  • Ensure you are using a fast-charging compatible cable for your device.
  • When multiple ports are in use, the total power is shared, which can reduce the charging speed for individual devices. For maximum speed, use a single USB-C port for high-power devices.
