4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad and controller from its packaging.
- Inspect: Check the heating pad and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
- Connect Controller: Ensure the control panel is securely plugged into the heating pad. The connector is designed for a snug fit.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- To turn on, slide the ON/OFF switch on the controller to the 'ON' position.
- To turn off, slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
5.2 Heat Settings
The controller features 6 heat settings, indicated by LED lights from 1 (Low) to 6 (High). Press the 'HEAT' button to cycle through the desired temperature levels.
- Setting 1: Lowest heat
- Setting 6: Highest heat
5.3 Timer Settings & Auto-Off
The heating pad includes a timer function and an automatic 2-hour shut-off for safety. Press the 'TIMER' button to select your desired duration:
- 30 minutes
- 60 minutes
- 90 minutes
- 120 minutes (2 hours)
If no timer is selected, the pad will automatically shut off after 2 hours of continuous use.

5.4 Moist Heat Option
For moist heat therapy, lightly mist the surface of the heating pad with water using a spray bottle. Do not soak the pad. Ensure the pad is not excessively wet before use.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning Instructions
The heating pad is machine washable for easy cleaning.
- Disconnect: Ensure the heating pad is unplugged from the wall outlet and the control panel is detached from the pad.
- Wash: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent in cold water (maximum 85°F / 30°C). Do not bleach.
- Dry: Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reattaching the controller or storing. Do not iron.

6.2 Storage
When not in use, store the heating pad in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding it tightly or placing heavy objects on it, which could damage the internal heating elements.

- Pad not heating: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet and the controller is firmly connected to the pad. Check if the ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position.
