Operating
Basic Operation:
- Gain Adjustment: Use the GAIN knob on each channel to set the input level. Adjust until the peak LED occasionally flashes, but does not stay lit, to avoid clipping.
- Equalization: Use the HIGH, MID, and LOW knobs on each channel to adjust the treble, midrange, and bass frequencies of the input signal.
- Channel Volume: Use the channel faders to control the individual volume of each input.
- Main Output Volume: Use the main L/R faders to control the overall output volume. Monitor the 10-segment LED meter to ensure levels are optimal.
DSP Effects:
- Selecting Effects: Turn the PROGRAM knob in the DSP section to cycle through the 99 available effects. The display will show the effect number.
- Applying Effects: Use the FX send knob on each channel to send a portion of that channel's signal to the DSP effects processor. Adjust the FX RETURN knob to control the overall level of the effects in the main mix.
USB/Bluetooth Playback and Recording:
- USB Flash Drive Playback: Insert a USB flash drive with MP3 files into the USB-A port. Use the built-in controls (Play/Pause, Prev, Next, Mode) to navigate and play tracks.

- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the mixer's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the mixer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Dust Protection: Keep the mixer covered when not in use to prevent dust accumulation, especially on faders and knobs.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Power cable not connected properly; faulty power adapter; insufficient power from USB source. | Ensure power cable is securely connected. Try a different power outlet or USB power source (e.g., a wall adapter instead of a low-power USB port). Verify the power source provides sufficient current (e.g., 2000mAh for power banks). |
| No sound output | Main faders are down; input gain too low; output device (amplifier/speakers) off or disconnected; incorrect input selection. | Increase main L/R faders. Check channel faders and gain knobs. Ensure amplifier/speakers are on and connected. Verify correct input source is selected on the mixer (e.g., USB, Bluetooth, or specific channel). |
| No sound from microphone | Gain too low; 48V phantom power not activated (for condenser mics); faulty microphone or cable. | Increase channel gain. Activate +48V phantom power if using a condenser microphone. Test with a different microphone or cable. |
| Bluetooth not connecting | Mixer not in Bluetooth mode; device not in pairing mode; interference. | Ensure the mixer is in Bluetooth mode. Put your device in pairing mode and search for the mixer. Move closer to the mixer and away from other wireless devices. |
| Feedback/Humming noise | Improper gain staging; ground loop; microphone too close to speakers; internal routing issues (e.g., USB return feeding back into main mix). | Reduce gain levels. Check for ground loops (try different outlets). Reposition microphones away from speakers. If using as a USB interface, ensure your DAW or computer audio settings are not routing the output back into the mixer's input, or use a mix-minus setup if available. |
