1. Setup
1.1 Battery Installation
The YOOREAL Digital Countdown Timer requires two CR2032 lithium metal batteries (included). To install or replace batteries:
- Locate the battery cover on the back of the device.
- Remove the battery cover by sliding it or gently prying it open.
- Insert two CR2032 batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery cover securely.

1.2 Initial Placement
The timer features two powerful built-in magnets on the back, allowing it to be securely attached to metallic surfaces such as refrigerators or whiteboards.
2. Operation
2.1 Overview of Functions

The timer offers multiple functions including a long-duration countdown, clock, daily alarm, and adjustable display settings.
2.2 Setting the Countdown Timer
The timer supports a countdown up to 9999 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds.
- Press the MODE button to select the countdown mode.
- Use the SET button to adjust the desired days, hours, minutes, and seconds.
- Press the START/STOP button to begin the countdown.
- To pause or resume, press START/STOP again.

2.3 Clock Function and Daily Alarm
The device can display time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format and features a daily alarm.
- In clock mode, press the 12/24H button to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats.
- To set the daily alarm, navigate to the alarm setting mode (refer to the specific button for alarm setting, usually marked with an alarm icon).
- Adjust the alarm time using the SET buttons.
- Once set, the alarm will sound daily at the programmed time.

2.4 Backlight and Display Settings
The backlight display function can be adjusted or deactivated to conserve battery life.
- The default backlight display duration is 10 seconds.
- You can adjust this duration from 0 to 10 seconds. Setting it to 0 seconds will deactivate the backlight function.
- Even when the LCD screen is off (due to backlight deactivation or timeout), the countdown, clock, and alarm processes continue to operate in the background.
2.5 Button Sound
The button press sound can be toggled on or off according to user preference. Refer to the device's buttons for the specific control (often labeled with a speaker icon or integrated into a mode button).
3. Maintenance
3.1 Battery Replacement
When the display dims or functions become erratic, it is time to replace the CR2032 batteries. Follow the steps outlined in Section 1.1 Battery Installation.
3.2 Cleaning
To clean the timer, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the device.
4. Troubleshooting
