The Amazfit Balance Smart Watch is designed to help you achieve an optimal balance between life, work, and well-being. Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Amazfit Balance Smart Watch. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The watch display will indicate charging status.

2. Pairing with the Zepp App

  1. Download the Zepp App from your smartphone's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
  2. Open the Zepp App and create an account or log in.
  3. Turn on your Amazfit Balance Smart Watch. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language.
  4. In the Zepp App, navigate to "Profile" > "My Devices" > "Add device" and select "Watch" > "Watch with a QR code".
  5. Scan the QR code displayed on your watch screen using the Zepp App.
  6. Confirm the pairing request on both your watch and smartphone.

3. Zepp Pay Contactless Payment Setup

The Amazfit Balance supports contactless payments via Zepp Pay, in partnership with Mastercard. This feature allows you to link up to eight bank cards for secure, password-protected payments directly from your wrist.

  1. Ensure your watch is paired with the Zepp App.
  2. Open the Zepp App and navigate to the Zepp Pay section.
  3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your bank cards. You may need to verify your identity with your bank.
  4. Once set up, you can access Zepp Pay from your watch to make payments.

Operating Your Amazfit Balance

1. Basic Navigation

The Amazfit Balance features a responsive 1.5-inch AMOLED touchscreen and a crown button for intuitive navigation. Swipe across the screen to access different widgets and notifications. Rotate the crown button to scroll through menus and lists, and press it to select items or return to the watch face.

2. AI Fitness Coach (Zepp Coach)

Utilize the AI Fitness Coach feature, Zepp Coach, to generate personalized running and training plans. Based on your activity data and goals, Zepp Coach provides tailored guidance to help you optimize your workouts and achieve your fitness objectives.

3. AI Sleep & Health Tracker (Zepp Aura)

The Amazfit Balance offers comprehensive sleep and health tracking through Zepp Aura. Wear your watch during sleep to receive a "Readiness Score" in the morning, indicating your mental and physical recovery. Zepp Aura also provides soundscapes, expert advice, and a chatbot assistant to improve your sleep quality and overall well-being.

4. Body Composition Measurement

Beyond standard health metrics, the Amazfit Balance can measure eight body composition metrics directly from your wrist. These include body fat, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, water percentage, bone mass, protein percentage, BMI, and basal metabolism. To perform a measurement, ensure the watch is snugly fitted and follow the instructions on the watch screen.

5. Dual-Band GPS and Route Navigation

The watch features dual-band GPS for industry-leading accuracy, even in challenging environments. You can import route files from the Zepp App to your watch for real-time, precise navigation during outdoor activities.

6. Bluetooth Calls and Music Storage

Maintenance
