Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for the initial setup of your ice maker:
- Unpack and Place: Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Place the unit on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Clean Before First Use: Before making ice for consumption, it is recommended to clean the internal components. Remove the ice basket and wash it with warm water and mild detergent. Wipe the interior of the water tank with a soft cloth.
- Add Water: Open the top lid and pour clean, potable water into the water reservoir. Do not exceed the 'MAX' water mark indicated inside the tank. The large 2 L water tank minimizes the need for frequent refills.
- Insert Ice Basket: Place the clean ice basket back into its position within the unit.
- Power On: Plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the 'ON/OFF' button to power on the unit.

Operating Instructions
Operating your Silonn ice maker is straightforward:
- Select Ice Size: After powering on, press the 'SELECT' button to choose your desired ice cube size: 'S' for small or 'L' for large. The indicator light above your selection will illuminate. Small ice cubes are ideal for quickly chilling drinks, while large cubes are perfect for slower melting in cocktails.
- Ice Production: The ice maker will begin the ice-making cycle automatically. It produces 9 bullet-shaped ice cubes in as little as 6 minutes. The unit can produce up to 26 lbs of ice in 24 hours.
- Ice Full Indicator: The infrared sensor features an indicator light that notifies you when the ice basket is full ('ICE FULL' indicator). The machine will automatically pause ice production until ice is removed.
- Add Water Indicator: If the water level is low, the 'ADD WATER' indicator will light up. Refill the water reservoir to continue ice production.
- Quiet Operation: The Silonn ice maker operates with minimal noise, ensuring it won't disturb your home or office environment.

Maintenance

- Self-Cleaning Function: The ice maker features a convenient self-cleaning function. To activate, ensure the unit is powered on and has water. Press and hold the 'ON/OFF CLEAN' button for a few seconds until the cleaning cycle begins. This cycle typically takes about 30 minutes to refresh the machine.
- Manual Cleaning: For thorough cleaning, unplug the unit. Remove the ice basket and drain any remaining water from the reservoir. Use a soft cloth with mild detergent to clean the interior and exterior surfaces. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before next use.
- Ice Scoop and Basket: The included ice scoop and detachable ice basket should be cleaned regularly with warm, soapy water. The ice scoop can be stored on the upgraded ice basket handle for easy access.
