Important Safety Instructions
- Do not charge 1.5V alkaline or carbon batteries with this charger, as it may cause leakage or explosion.
- Do not disassemble or reassemble the charger, as it may cause short-circuit or fire hazard.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries or other types of batteries not specified for this charger.
- Do not put anything on the charger while charging batteries, as it will accumulate heat and may cause a fire hazard.
- Do not install batteries in reverse polarity.
- Store this charger out of reach of children and use under adult's supervision.
- Indoor use only. Keep away from direct sunlight or high-temperature environments.

Setup Instructions
- Connect the Charger: Plug the USB Type-C charging cable into the charger's input port. Connect the USB-A end to a compatible power source such as a laptop, power bank, car charger, or a USB wall adapter (not included).
- Insert Batteries: Insert 1 to 8 AA or AAA Ni-MH/Ni-CD rechargeable batteries into the independent charging slots. Ensure the positive (+) and negative (-) poles of the batteries match the indicators on the charger. The charger supports mixed charging of AA and AAA batteries simultaneously.

Operating Instructions
The HiQuick Smart Battery Charger features intelligent LED indicators for each slot, allowing you to easily monitor the charging status of your batteries.
- Red Light: Indicates that the battery is currently charging.
- Green Light: Indicates that the battery is fully charged.

Charging Times:
- AAA Ni-MH/Ni-CD Batteries: Approximately 2 hours for any number of batteries.
- AA Ni-MH/Ni-CD Batteries (2800mAh): Approximately 4.5 hours for any number of batteries.

Battery Usage & Care (Maintenance)
HiQuick rechargeable batteries are designed for high performance and longevity, offering up to 1200 charge cycles.
- Low Self-Discharge: These batteries maintain 80% of their capacity even after 36 months of non-use, thanks to advanced low self-discharge technology.
- Pre-Charged: Batteries come pre-charged and are ready to use right out of the box.
- Universal Compatibility: Standard AA size batteries are suitable for a wide range of devices including digital cameras, toys, remote controls, game consoles, electric toothbrushes, alarm clocks, and more.
- Environmental Friendly: HiQuick batteries are green and environmentally friendly, containing no harmful substances like lead, cadmium, or mercury. They are recyclable, reducing waste.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your HiQuick charger or batteries, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Battery Not Charging: Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity (+/-). Check if the USB cable is securely connected to both the charger and the power source.
- Indicator Light Not On: Verify the power source is active and providing sufficient power (DC 5V 2A minimum).
- Overheating: The charger has built-in overheat protection. If it becomes excessively hot, it will automatically stop charging. Ensure proper ventilation around the charger.
- Short Circuit/Over-voltage/Over-current/Overcharge Protection: The charger is equipped with microcomputer control technology to prevent these conditions, ensuring safe operation. If an issue occurs, the charger will automatically stop charging to protect the batteries and itself.
