Setup and Assembly
Food Processor Assembly

- Place the work bowl lid onto the work bowl, aligning the feed tube with the work bowl handle, and twist clockwise until it locks. The appliance will not operate unless the lid is securely locked.
- Insert the appropriate pusher (large, medium, or small) into the feed tube.
Juicing Center Assembly (Accessory)
The Juicing Center is designed for use with the Cuisinart Core Custom Food Processor Series. The motor base is not included with the juicing accessory.
- Ensure the food processor motor base is unplugged.
- Remove the food processor work bowl and any blades/discs.
- Place the juicer accessory unit onto the motor base, aligning it correctly and twisting to lock.
- For juice extraction, ensure the mesh-filter basket is securely in place. For citrus juicing, place the reamer over the center of the mesh-filter basket.
Operating Instructions
Using the Food Processor
- Assemble the food processor with the desired blade or disc as described in the Setup section.
- Add ingredients to the work bowl. For chopping, pureeing, or mixing, add ingredients directly into the bowl. For slicing or shredding, use the feed tube.
- Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
- Select the desired speed using the control paddles:
HIGH: For faster processing of harder ingredients.
LOW: For slower processing or delicate ingredients.
PULSE: For short bursts of power, ideal for chopping or controlling texture.
MIX: For gentle mixing and emulsification. - Process until desired consistency is achieved.
- Press STOP and unplug the appliance before removing the lid and work bowl.
