3. Setup

Test Run
To ensure the air fryer is working correctly and to eliminate any manufacturing odors, perform a test run before cooking food.
- Plug the air fryer into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the power button to turn on the unit.
- Select the 'Air Fry' function. Adjust the temperature to 400°F (205°C) and time to 15 minutes.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin the test run.
- After the cycle completes, allow the air fryer to cool down completely before proceeding.
4. Operating Instructions
The COSORI 2.1-Quart Mini Air Fryer offers 4 one-touch customizable cooking functions: Air Fry, Bake, Roast, and Reheat.

General Operation
- Place the crisper plate inside the basket.
- Place food on the crisper plate. Do not overfill the basket.
- Slide the basket into the air fryer.
- Plug in the air fryer.
- Press the power button to turn on the unit.
- Select your desired cooking function (Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Reheat).
- Adjust the temperature and time using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
- The air fryer will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully remove the basket and food.
Using Air Fryer Liners
The included COSORI Air Fryer Liners are designed for easy cleanup. Follow these guidelines for proper use:

- WARNING: Do NOT place the paper liner in the basket during preheating without food.
- Always ensure that there is enough food on the liner to prevent it from flying up to the upper heating element, which could result in serious consequences.
- The liners are waterproof, oilproof, and nonstick, extending the life of the basket and simplifying cleanup.
- They are made from unbleached 100% natural wood pulp, food-grade, and resistant to 465°F.
How to Use:
- When preheating, do not use the paper liner.
- When heating, make sure there is enough food on the paper liner to weigh it down.
- After cooking, simply remove the liner for easy disposal.

Cleaning the Air Fryer

- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Clean the interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing or next use.
