5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Battery
- Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the Mini USB port on the bottom of the MP3 player.
- Connect the standard USB end of the cable to a computer's USB port or a compatible USB wall adapter (not included).
- The device will indicate charging status on the LCD screen. Charge fully before first use.
The MP3 player has a long battery life, providing over 5 hours of playback on a full charge.
5.2 Inserting a Micro SD Card
The device supports Micro SD cards up to 32GB for storing your music.
- Locate the TF-CARD slot on the top of the MP3 player.
- Gently insert a Micro SD card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
- To remove, push the card in slightly until it springs out.
5.3 Connecting Headphones
- Plug the 3.5mm jack of your wired headphones into the headphone port on the top of the MP3 player.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Slide the Power Switch (located on the top) to the 'ON' position. The LCD screen will light up.
- To Power Off: Slide the Power Switch to the 'OFF' position. The screen will turn off.
6.2 Transferring Music Files
To transfer music files to your MP3 player:
- Ensure the MP3 player is powered ON.
- Connect the MP3 player to your computer using the USB cable.
- Your computer should recognize the MP3 player as a removable disk.
- Drag and drop your desired MP3 audio files into the player's storage or the inserted Micro SD card.
- Once files are transferred, safely eject the device from your computer before disconnecting the USB cable.
6.3 Basic Music Playback
- After powering on, the player will typically enter 'Music Mode' or display the last played track.
- Press the Play/Pause (►▮) button to start or pause playback.
- Press the Previous Track (⏪) or Next Track (⏩) buttons to skip between songs.
- Press and hold the Previous Track (⏪) or Next Track (⏩) buttons to rewind or fast forward within a track.
- Press the VOL button, then use the Previous Track (⏪) or Next Track (⏩) buttons to adjust the volume level. Press VOL again to confirm or wait a few seconds.
6.4 Using the 'M' (Menu/Mode) Button
