4. Setup and Installation

  1. Unpack the Appliance: Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the machine for any damage during transit.
  2. Placement: Place the chocolate tempering machine on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit. Keep it away from flammable materials.
  3. Clean Components: Before first use, wash the three stainless steel pans and their lids with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
  4. Fill Water Bath: Open the main unit and carefully pour clean water into the water bath. Ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX indicators marked on the inner wall. Do not overfill.
  5. Insert Pans: Place the three clean stainless steel pans into their designated slots within the water bath.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded AC110V~120V 60Hz electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Flip the power switch to the "ON" position. The indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Set Temperature: Rotate the temperature control knob to your desired temperature. The range is 86℉-185℉ (30℃-85℃). For chocolate tempering, specific temperatures are required for different types of chocolate (e.g., milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate). Refer to your recipe for precise temperature requirements.
  3. Add Ingredients: Place the chocolate, milk, cream, or other food items into the stainless steel pans. Ensure the pans are properly seated in the water bath.
  4. Melting/Warming Process: The machine will begin heating the water bath, which in turn will gently melt or warm the contents of the pans. The M-shaped heating tube ensures even heat distribution.
  5. Monitor and Stir: Periodically stir the contents of the pans to ensure even melting and prevent hot spots.
  6. Automatic Temperature Control: The machine will automatically stop heating when the set temperature is reached and will reheat if the temperature drops below the set point, maintaining a constant temperature.
  7. Water Refill (if needed): If the water level drops below the MIN mark, the anti-dry system will activate, and heating will stop. Refill the water bath to the appropriate level and press the "RESET" button to resume operation.
  8. Power Off: Once finished, flip the power switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.

  3. Clean Pans and Lids: Wash the pans and lids with warm, soapy water. Use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth to prevent scratching the stainless steel. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  4. Drain Water Bath: Once the water in the bath has cooled, carefully drain it. Some models may have a drain valve; otherwise, carefully tilt the unit to empty the water.
  5. Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior and interior of the main unit (water bath area) with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Ensure no water enters the electrical components. Dry thoroughly.
