2.3 First Use Recommendations

  • Before first use, lightly coat the non-stick surface with a small amount of cooking oil. Wipe off any excess.
  • Always preheat the pan over medium heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute before adding food or oil.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Heat Source Compatibility

This cookware set is compatible with a variety of heat sources:

  • Gas Stoves
  • Induction Cooktops (IH 200V compatible)
  • Radiant Heaters

3.2 Recommended Heat Settings

Always use low to medium heat for cooking. High heat can damage the non-stick coating over time and is generally not necessary due to the excellent heat conductivity of the pans.

  • Preheating: Medium heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Cooking: Use medium heat for most tasks like frying and sautéing. Reduce to low heat for simmering.
  • For IH (Induction Heating) cooktops: Always use medium heat or lower for preheating and cooking.

3.3 Using the Cookware

  • Use wooden, silicone, or heat-resistant plastic utensils to protect the non-stick surface. Avoid metal utensils.
  • The functional trimmed edge design makes pouring liquids easy and drip-free.
  • With the handle removed, the pans can be used directly as serving dishes or for temporary storage in the refrigerator.

4. Maintenance and Care

4.1 Cleaning Instructions

The ceramic non-stick coating makes cleaning effortless.

  • Allow the pan to cool completely before washing to prevent warping and thermal shock to the non-stick coating.
  • Wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. For stubborn food residues, soak the pan in warm soapy water for a few minutes before cleaning.
  • The cookware is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the non-stick coating.
  • The handle mounting hardware does not have rivets, ensuring a clean interior and easy cleaning without food residue buildup.

4.2 Storage

The removable handle design allows for efficient, space-saving storage.

  • Stack the pans together after removing the handles.
  • Use the provided felt protective sheets between pans to prevent scratches and damage to the non-stick surface.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Food Sticking to the Pan

  • Issue: Food begins to stick after some use.
  • Solution: Ensure you are always preheating the pan over medium heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute before adding food. Use a small amount of oil or butter. Avoid using high heat, which can degrade the non-stick coating over time. Ensure the pan is thoroughly cleaned after each use, as residue buildup can reduce non-stick performance.

5.2 Handle Not Attaching/Detaching Properly

  • Issue: The handle does not click securely or is difficult to remove.
  • Solution: Ensure the handle is correctly aligned with the pan's rim. Press the 'PUSH' button firmly when attaching or detaching. For the egg pan, verify the handle is installed around the middle of the round large curved surface as specified in Section 2.2.
