UXLXLK PAPR Respirator System User Manual
Model: gas mask
Introduction
The UXLXLK Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) System is designed to provide comprehensive breathing protection in environments containing solid particles, organic gases, and other airborne contaminants. This full-face gas mask respirator actively draws in outside air through a built-in blower system, filters and purifies it, and then delivers it to the mask, ensuring a fresh breathing environment. It is ideal for applications such as tactical use, spray painting, and protection against dust, vapors, and chemicals.
Product Components
The UXLXLK PAPR Respirator System includes the following main components:
- Full Face Respirator Mask
- 40mm Activated Carbon Filter
- Blower Unit
- Two Air Supply Hoses
- Adjustable Head Harness
- Waist Belt for Blower Unit

Setup Instructions
- Charge the Blower Unit: Connect the blower unit to a power source using the provided charging cable. The charging time is approximately 3 hours, providing up to 7 hours of continuous operation when fully charged.
- Attach the Filter: The blower unit has one RD40 connector. Screw the 40mm Activated Carbon Filter securely onto this connector. Ensure it is tightly sealed to prevent air leakage.

Figure 2: The 40mm Activated Carbon Filter provides high-efficiency filtration. - Connect Air Supply Hoses: Attach one end of an air supply hose to the blower unit's output port and the other end to the inlet port on the full face mask. Ensure both connections are secure. If using two hoses, connect the second hose to the remaining port on the blower and the other inlet on the mask.

Figure 3: Securely connecting the air supply hoses. - Adjust Head Harness: Place the full face mask on your head. Adjust the 5-point head harness and head mesh cap to achieve a snug yet comfortable fit. The flexible rubber and mesh design should lay smoothly beneath head protection like hoods or helmets.
- Position Blower Unit: The blower unit is designed to be portable and lightweight. It can be fixed on your waist using the provided belt, ensuring it does not impede your work.

Operating Instructions
- Pre-Use Check: Before each use, inspect the mask for any damage, ensure all connections (filter, hoses) are secure, and verify the blower unit is adequately charged.
- Donning the Mask:
- Hold the mask by the head harness straps.
- Place your chin into the chin cup of the mask.
- Pull the head harness over your head, ensuring the mask is centered on your face.
- Tighten the straps evenly, starting from the bottom straps, then the middle, and finally the top straps, until a secure but comfortable seal is achieved. Do not overtighten.
- Seal Check: Perform a positive and negative pressure seal check.
- Positive Pressure Check: Close the exhalation valve with your palm and gently exhale. The mask should slightly bulge away from your face, indicating a good seal.
- Negative Pressure Check: Close the filter inlets with your palms and inhale gently. The mask should pull inward towards your face, indicating a good seal.
- Activate Blower: Once the mask is properly donned and sealed, turn on the blower unit. Gentle airflow will begin to circulate purified air into the mask, maintaining a fresh breathing environment.
- During Use: The system provides continuous purified air, reducing breathing resistance. The ergonomic design ensures comfort for extended periods of use.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and effectiveness of your UXLXLK PAPR Respirator System.
- Filter Replacement: The 40mm Activated Carbon Filter is designed for high-efficiency filtration. Replace the filter regularly based on usage and exposure to contaminants. Easy disassembly allows for quick filter replacement.

- Wipe down the mask's exterior and interior with a damp cloth and mild soap solution.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembly or storage.
- Blower Unit Care: Keep the blower unit clean and free from dust. Do not immerse the blower unit in water.
- Storage: Store the respirator system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your UXLXLK PAPR Respirator System, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Poor Seal / Air Leakage | Improperly adjusted straps, damaged mask, incorrect size, or loose filter/hose connections. | Re-adjust head harness for a snug fit. Inspect mask for cracks or damage. Ensure filter and hoses are securely attached. Perform seal checks. |
| Reduced Airflow from Blower | Low battery, clogged filter, or obstruction in hoses. | Charge the blower unit. Replace the 40mm Activated Carbon Filter. Check hoses for kinks or blockages. |
| Blower Not Turning On | Battery depleted, power switch off, or internal malfunction. | Ensure blower is fully charged. Verify the power switch is in the "ON" position. If issues persist, contact customer support. |
| Discomfort During Use | Mask too tight, improper strap adjustment, or prolonged use without breaks. | Loosen straps slightly while maintaining a seal. Re-adjust the head harness. Take short breaks if possible. |
