- SOS Button: Central button for emergency calls/alerts.
- Call Buttons (1 & 2): For pre-programmed calls.
- Volume Buttons (+/-): Adjust audio volume.

Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the charging cable to the charging contacts on the bottom of the tracker and plug the other end into a USB power adapter. The indicator light will show charging status.
2. Inserting the SIM Card
- Ensure the device is powered off.
- Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the tracker (refer to Figure 2).
- Gently insert the appropriate size 4G SIM card into the tray, ensuring correct orientation.
- Push the SIM tray back into the device until it clicks into place.
- Power on the device. The indicator light will show network connection status.
3. Initial Configuration (via Smartphone App)
To fully utilize the tracker's features, download the dedicated Leotec tracking application on your smartphone. Follow the in-app instructions to pair the device, set up emergency contacts, define geofences, and configure other settings.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the SOS button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
- Power Off: Press and hold the SOS button for approximately 5 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
Real-time Tracking
The device's location can be monitored in real-time through the Leotec smartphone application. Ensure the device has a strong 4G signal for accurate and timely updates.
SOS Emergency Function
In an emergency, press and hold the central SOS button for 3 seconds. The device will automatically call the pre-programmed emergency contacts in sequence until one answers. It will also send location alerts to these contacts via the app.
Making Calls
The tracker supports two-way communication with pre-set numbers.
- Press the Call Button 1 to dial the first pre-programmed contact.
- Press the Call Button 2 to dial the second pre-programmed contact.
- To adjust call volume, use the + and - buttons during a call.
Receiving Calls
The device can receive calls only from numbers configured as authorized contacts in the smartphone application. When a call comes in, press any call button to answer.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Battery Care
- Charge the device regularly, even if not in frequent use, to maintain battery health.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures.
- If the device will not be used for an extended period, charge it to about 50% before storing.
Storage
Store the tracker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
