3. Setup

Before first use, and after each use, ensure the juicer is properly assembled.

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Wash all removable parts (centrifuge bowl, filter basket, lid, pusher, pulp container, juice cup) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
  3. Assemble:
    • Place the motor base on a stable, flat, dry surface.
    • Position the pulp container onto the motor base.
    • Place the centrifuge bowl onto the motor base, ensuring it is securely seated.
    • Insert the filter basket into the centrifuge bowl, pressing down firmly until it clicks into place.
    • Place the juicer lid onto the centrifuge bowl, aligning the spout with the juice outlet.
    • Secure the locking bar by lifting it and hooking it over the lid. Ensure it locks into position.
    • Place the juice cup under the juice spout.
    • Insert the food pusher into the feed inlet.
  4. Connect: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to extract fresh juice efficiently.

  1. Prepare Produce: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Due to the wide feed chute, most whole fruits and vegetables can be juiced without pre-cutting. Remove large seeds (e.g., from peaches, plums) and hard pits. For citrus fruits, peel the skin.
  2. Select Speed: Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting. Speed 1 (lower speed) is suitable for softer fruits and vegetables (e.g., berries, tomatoes). Speed 2 (higher speed, up to 14000 RPM) is ideal for harder produce (e.g., apples, carrots, celery).
  3. Start Juicing: With the motor running, gradually feed the prepared produce into the feed inlet. Use the food pusher to gently guide the produce down. Do not force the produce, as this can strain the motor.
  4. Collect Juice and Pulp: Fresh juice will flow into the juice cup, and pulp will be expelled into the pulp container.
  5. Continue Juicing: Continue adding produce until you have the desired amount of juice or the pulp container is full.
  6. Finish: Once finished, turn the control dial to the 'OFF' position and unplug the appliance.

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your juicer.

  1. After juicing, ensure the juicer is still plugged in and turned on.
  2. Pour a glass of clean water into the feed inlet.
  3. Press the 'Self Cleaning' button. The juicer will run briefly, using the water to rinse the filter.
  4. Repeat if necessary.
  5. Turn off and unplug the juicer.
