Setup and Installation

The Letaya Metal Storage Cabinet is designed for easy assembly. Please follow the steps below carefully. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

1. Unpacking and Component Check

Carefully open the package. The packaging uses foam and metal corners to protect the edges during shipping. Verify all components are present and undamaged against the parts list provided in your physical instruction manual. Installation tools are included.

2. Assembly Steps

1. Assemble the base frame using the provided screws and tools. Ensure all connections are secure.
2. Attach the side panels to the base, aligning the pre-drilled holes.
3. Install the back panel and top panel, securing them with screws.
4. Insert the adjustable shelves into the desired positions. The shelf clips (AAx8) allow for flexible height adjustments.
5. Install the drawer slides (Tx2, Ux2) into the cabinet frame. Ensure they are level and securely fastened.
6. Assemble the drawers (Px2, Qx2, Rx2, Sx2) and then slide them onto the installed drawer slides.
7. Attach the doors (Gx1, Fx1) to the cabinet hinges. Ensure smooth opening and closing.
8. Install the aluminum alloy clothes rail (Ox1) in the designated section if using for clothing storage.
9. Adjust the feet to ensure the cabinet is level and stable on your floor.

Operating Instructions

Locking Mechanism

The cabinet features three independent lock systems for enhanced security. Use the provided keys to lock and unlock the doors and the top drawer.

• To lock: Insert the key into the lock and turn clockwise until the mechanism engages. Remove the key.
• To unlock: Insert the key into the lock and turn counter-clockwise.
• Ensure all doors and drawers are fully closed before attempting to lock.

Adjustable Shelves and Rail

The cabinet includes adjustable shelves and an aluminum alloy clothes rail to customize your storage space.

• To adjust shelves: Remove items from the shelf. Lift the shelf slightly and remove the shelf clips (AAx8) from their current slots. Reinsert the clips into the desired slots at the new height, ensuring they are securely seated. Place the shelf back onto the clips.
• The clothes rail is designed to hold up to 30 lbs.
