Setup
1. Charging Your Earbuds and Case
Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged. Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. Connect the charging case to a power source using a USB-C cable. The LED indicator on the case will show charging status.
2. Selecting the Right Eartips
Proper eartip fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation. The Beats Studio Buds+ come with four sizes of silicone eartips (XS, S, M, L). Try each size to find the one that provides a comfortable and secure seal in your ear canal.
3. Pairing with Your Device
- With the earbuds in the charging case, open the lid.
- For Apple devices: Hold your Beats Studio Buds+ near your unlocked iPhone or iPad. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect.
- For Android devices: Download the Beats app from the Google Play Store. Open the Beats app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect. Alternatively, go to your device's Bluetooth settings, enable Bluetooth, and select "Beats Studio Buds+" from the list of available devices.

Maintenance
Cleaning Your Earbuds and Case

Troubleshooting
Earbuds Not Pairing
- Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case and the case is charged.
- Open the case lid and check if the LED indicator is flashing white. If not, press and hold the system button on the case until it flashes.
- Turn off and then on your device's Bluetooth.
- Try resetting the earbuds: With the earbuds in the case and the lid open, press and hold the system button for 15 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and white. Then release the button.
Poor Sound Quality or Noise Cancellation
- Ensure you have selected the correct eartip size for a secure seal.
- Clean the earbuds, especially the speaker mesh and microphones, to remove any debris.
- Check your device's volume settings.
Earbuds Not Charging
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter.
- Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
