Headset Jack: For connecting headphones or headsets.
Micro SD 4.0 UHS-II Slot: For high-speed Micro SD card data transfer (Max 312MB/s).

4. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your Spigen ArcDock Pro Docking Station:

Connect Power: Connect the provided 150W DC Adaptor to the "DC-IN 150W" port on the rear of the docking station, then plug the AC cable into a power outlet.
Connect to Host Device: Use the included USB-C cable (USB4 Gen3 40Gbps) to connect the "Connector to Host" port on the docking station to a compatible Thunderbolt 4 or USB-C port on your laptop (e.g., MacBook Pro/Air, Windows laptop).
Connect Peripherals:
- Monitors: Connect your external monitors to the HDMI and/or DisplayPort outputs on the rear of the docking station. The dock supports up to 8K@30Hz or 4K@60Hz triple monitor setups.

5.1. Display Configuration

The ArcDock Pro supports various display configurations:

Single Monitor: Supports up to 8K@30Hz via one DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1.
Dual/Triple Monitor: Supports 4K@60Hz across multiple displays.
Mac OS Compatibility: M1/M2/M3 chipset laptops can extend to a maximum of one extended monitor. For dual monitors, one will be extended and the other mirrored. Ensure to use DP2 or HDMI port for M1/M2 chipsets (DP1 is incompatible).
Windows Compatibility: Supports triple monitor setups for extended displays.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Spigen ArcDock Pro Docking Station, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the surface of the docking station. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays.
Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the docking station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Ventilation: Ensure the docking station has adequate ventilation to prevent overheating. Do not block the ventilation holes.
Cable Management: Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cables, especially the main USB-C host cable, to prevent damage.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your docking station, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Verify that the correct audio output device (e.g., "Headset (KM-HIFI-384KHZ)") is selected in your computer's sound settings. Test with another audio device to rule out a faulty headset/speaker.
Docking station or laptop overheating.	Excessive load or poor ventilation. Using the PD port for laptop charging while also connecting multiple high-power devices.	Ensure the dock is placed in a well-ventilated area. If experiencing throttling or excessive heat, consider connecting the laptop's power adapter directly to the laptop instead of through the dock's PD port, especially when using many peripherals. Reduce the number of high-power devices connected simultaneously if possible.
Slow data transfer speeds.	Using a non-USB4 Gen3 cable. Connected device limitations.	For optimal performance, use the included USB4 Gen3 cable or another certified USB4 Gen3 cable. Ensure the connected device (e.g., external SSD) supports the desired transfer speeds.
