Setup Guide

Unboxing

Carefully open the product packaging. Inside, you will find your Qaekie Q20 headphones, a USB-C charging cable, a 3.5mm audio cable, and this user manual. An 18-month warranty card is also included.

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the headphone's charging port and a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 100 hours of playtime.

Power On/Off

To power on, press and hold the multi-function button until the LED indicator lights up. To power off, press and hold the multi-function button again until the LED indicator turns off.

Bluetooth Pairing

With the headphones powered off, press and hold the multi-function button for 3-5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode. On your device, enable Bluetooth and select "Qaekie Q20" from the list of available devices. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.

Operating Instructions

Controls Overview

The headphones feature intuitive controls located on the earcup for easy access to volume, playback, and call management. Refer to the included Quick Start Guide for a detailed diagram of button functions.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

Activate Active Noise Cancellation by sliding the ANC switch. This feature reduces ambient noise, providing a more immersive listening experience. Slide the switch again to deactivate ANC.

Audio Playback

Enjoy high-fidelity audio with deep bass thanks to the 40MM dynamic drivers. Use the volume buttons to adjust playback levels. The headphones support various audio modes for different listening preferences.

Call Management

Wired Mode

If the headphone battery runs out or you prefer a wired connection, simply connect the provided 3.5mm audio cable to the headphone's audio jack and your device's audio output.

Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity of your headphones, regularly wipe the earcups and headband with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Store the headphones in their carrying case when not in use to protect them from dust and damage.
