Getting Started
1. Battery Installation
The Anderic RR1003 remote requires two (2) AAA batteries (not included).
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
- Use the provided battery cover opening tool (or a coin) to carefully open the battery compartment.
- Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment securely.

2. Programming the Remote Control
The RR1003 is pre-programmed for Samsung TVs. For other brands, use one of the following programming methods:
Method A: Direct Code Entry
- Turn on the TV you wish to program.
- Press and hold the TV button on the remote until the indicator light illuminates.
- Refer to the included instruction manual for the 3-digit code corresponding to your TV brand.
- Enter the 3-digit code using the number buttons on the remote. If the code is valid, the indicator light will turn off.
- Test the remote's functions (e.g., Power, Volume, Channel). If functions do not work correctly, repeat the process with the next code listed for your brand.
Method B: Auto Code Search
- Turn on the TV you wish to program.
- Press and hold the TV button on the remote until the indicator light illuminates.
- Point the remote at the TV and press the Power button repeatedly (approximately every 2 seconds) until the TV turns off.
- Once the TV turns off, immediately press the TV button to save the code. The indicator light will turn off.
- Test the remote's functions. If functions do not work correctly, repeat the process.
Method C: Learning Function
The remote has a learning function to copy commands from your original TV remote.
- Place the RR1003 and your original remote head-to-head on a flat surface, approximately 1-2 inches apart.
- Press and hold the TV button on the RR1003 until the indicator light illuminates.
- Press the button on the RR1003 that you wish to program (e.g., Volume Up). The indicator light will flash slowly.
- Press and hold the corresponding button on your original remote. The indicator light on the RR1003 will flash rapidly, then turn solid, indicating successful learning.
- Repeat for other buttons as needed.
- Press the TV button on the RR1003 to exit learning mode.
Operating Your Remote Control
The Anderic RR1003 features a simplified button layout for essential TV functions. Refer to Figure 3 for button locations.
- Power (Red Button): Turns the TV on or off.
- Input (Button with Arrow): Cycles through video input sources.
- Home (House Icon): Accesses the Smart TV home screen or main menu.
- Directional Pad (Blue Arrows & OK): Navigates menus and confirms selections.
- Menu (Button with Lines): Opens the TV's main menu.
- Back (Curved Arrow): Returns to the previous screen or menu.
- Volume Up/Down (VOL +/-): Adjusts the TV volume.
- Mute (Speaker with X): Mutes or unmutes the TV audio.
- Channel Up/Down (CH ^/v): Changes TV channels.
- Number Keys (0-9): Direct channel entry.
- Dash (-/-): Used for sub-channels (e.g., 7-1).
- Enter: Confirms number entries or selections.
- Sleep: Activates the TV's sleep timer function.
- Exit: Exits current menu or application.

Cleaning Instructions
The EzWipe membrane surface allows for easy cleaning:
