Camera Components:

Setup

1. Charging the Camera:

  1. Connect the provided USB cable to the camera's Micro USB port.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light will typically turn off or change color.
  4. A full charge usually takes approximately 2-3 hours.

2. Inserting a Memory Card:

The camera requires a Micro SD card (up to 32GB, not always included) to save photos and videos.

  1. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the camera.
  2. Gently insert the Micro SD card into the slot with the metal contacts facing the front of the camera until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove the card, push it in gently until it clicks again, and it will spring out.

3. Attaching the Lanyard:

The neck lanyard helps prevent accidental drops and makes the camera easy to carry.

  1. Thread the thin loop of the lanyard through the lanyard hook on the camera.
  2. Pass the larger part of the lanyard through the loop you just created and pull it tight to secure.

Operating the Camera

1. Power On/Off:

  • To turn on: Press and hold the Power Button until the screen illuminates.
  • To turn off: Press and hold the Power Button again until the screen turns off.

2. Taking Photos:

  1. Ensure the camera is in Photo Mode. If not, press the Mode Button to switch.
  2. Frame your shot using the screen.
  3. Press the Shutter/OK Button to take a photo.

3. Recording Videos:

  1. Press the Mode Button until the camera enters Video Mode (indicated by a video icon on the screen).
  2. Press the Shutter/OK Button to start recording. A timer or recording indicator will appear.
  3. Press the Shutter/OK Button again to stop recording.

4. Playback Mode:

  1. Press the Mode Button to enter Playback Mode (indicated by a playback icon).
  2. Use the Navigation Buttons (Left/Right) to browse through your photos and videos.

5. Digital Zoom:
