Sealed Foam Design

The flexible magnetic sealed foam ensures a tight connection between the cooling pad and your laptop, preventing air leakage and directing airflow directly into your laptop's intake vents for optimal 360-degree cooling. An additional foam insert is provided for smaller laptops (13-14 inches) to maintain the seal. For larger laptops (15-18 inches), the larger foam frame is sufficient.

Maintenance

Dust Filter Cleaning/Replacement

The cooling pad is equipped with a removable dust filter to prevent dust from entering your laptop. It is recommended to clean or replace the dust filter periodically (every 2-6 months, depending on usage and environment) to maintain optimal airflow and cooling performance.

  1. Gently remove the filter cover from the bottom of the cooling pad.
  2. Remove the old dust filter.
  3. Clean the filter with a soft brush or replace it with a new one.
  4. Reattach the filter cover securely.

Troubleshooting

No Power/Fan Not Spinning

Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the cooling pad and a working power outlet. Verify the power button on the control panel has been pressed.

Insufficient Cooling

Check that the magnetic sealed foam is properly aligned with your laptop's intake vents, creating a tight seal. Increase the fan speed using the '+' button. Ensure the dust filter is clean and not obstructed.

Excessive Noise

At higher fan speeds, the industrial-grade turbofan will produce more noise. Reduce the fan speed using the '-' button if noise is a concern. Ensure the cooling pad is on a stable surface to prevent vibrations.
