Setup
1. Charging the Device
The SARMOCARE F500 Water Flosser features a rechargeable battery. Connect the provided Type-C USB charging cable to the charging port on the device and to a suitable USB power source (e.g., PC, phone charger, car charger, power bank). A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides 37-42 uses.
2. Attaching a Nozzle
Select the desired nozzle (Normal, Orthodontic, or Periodontal Pocket). Insert the nozzle into the opening at the top of the flosser unit until it clicks into place. To remove, press the nozzle release button and pull the nozzle out.
3. Filling the Water Tank
The 350ML water tank can be filled in two ways:
- Option 1 (Bottom Fill): Detach the water tank from the main unit. Open the small flap at the bottom of the tank and fill with water or an appropriate dental solution. Close the flap securely and reattach the tank to the main unit.
- Option 2 (Side Fill): Locate the small opening on the side of the water tank. Open the cover and fill the tank directly from a faucet. Close the cover firmly after filling.

Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the device on or off.
- Select Mode: Press the mode button to cycle through the 4 available modes: Strong, Middle, Soft, and Pulse. Choose the mode that best suits your comfort and cleaning needs.
- Positioning: Lean over a sink and place the nozzle tip into your mouth, aiming at the gumline.
- Flossing: Turn on the device. Guide the water stream along your gumline and between your teeth. Allow the water to flow into the sink.
- Completion: After cleaning all areas, turn off the device and empty any remaining water from the tank.

Maintenance
- Daily Cleaning: After each use, empty any remaining water from the tank. It is recommended to leave the tank's side flap open to air dry.
- Tank Cleaning: The removable water tank can be detached and washed with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Nozzle Cleaning: Rinse nozzles under running water. Replace nozzles every 3 months or sooner if they show signs of wear.
- External Cleaning: Wipe the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Troubleshooting
If the device does not turn on, ensure it is fully charged. If the water stream is weak, check if the water tank is sufficiently filled and if the nozzle is securely attached and not clogged. For persistent issues, please contact SARMOCARE customer service.
