3. Setup
Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Clean the frying basket and crisper plate thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.
Placement
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back and sides, and 10 cm (4 inches) above the appliance to allow for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the appliance near flammable materials or heat sources.
4. Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The display will illuminate briefly.
- Carefully pull the frying basket out of the air fryer.
- Place the crisper plate inside the basket.
- Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
- Press the Power button to turn on the appliance.
Temperature and Time Control
- Use the temperature control buttons (+ / -) to adjust the cooking temperature (typically 80°C to 200°C).
- Use the time control buttons (+ / -) to set the cooking time (typically 1 to 60 minutes).
- The air fryer will automatically start cooking after a few seconds if no preset is selected.
Using Preset Menus
The Faber Air Fryer features 8 preset menus for common dishes. To use a preset:
- After turning on the appliance, press the Menu button repeatedly to cycle through the preset options.
- Once the desired preset icon is selected, the air fryer will automatically set the optimal temperature and time.
- You can manually adjust the temperature and time even after selecting a preset if needed.
- The cooking process will begin automatically.

Cooking Process
- During cooking, the air fryer's 360° Rapid Air Technology circulates hot air for even results.
- For some recipes, it may be necessary to shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning. Carefully pull out the basket, shake it, and slide it back in. The appliance will resume cooking.
- The integrated view window allows you to monitor your food without opening the basket, preserving heat and cooking efficiency.
- When the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will beep. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a plate.

5. Maintenance
Cleaning
Clean the air fryer after every use.
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
- Clean the non-stick frying basket and crisper plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. The non-stick coating ensures easy cleaning.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and plate in hot water with dish soap for about 10 minutes.
- Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning materials on the non-stick surfaces.
- Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
