Regular cleaning helps maintain the efficiency and appearance of your beverage refrigerator. Unplug the unit before cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage surfaces.

5.3 Long-Term Storage
If the refrigerator will not be used for an extended period, unplug it, empty all contents, and clean the interior thoroughly. Leave the door slightly ajar to prevent odors and mold growth. Store the unit in a dry, well-ventilated area.
6. Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer support, please refer to the following table for common issues and their potential solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Refrigerator does not operate. | Not plugged in; circuit breaker tripped; temperature set too high. | Ensure plug is secure; check circuit breaker; lower temperature setting. |
| Temperature is not cold enough. | Door opened too frequently; warm items added; poor ventilation; door seal not tight. | Minimize door openings; allow warm items to cool before placing inside; ensure proper clearance; check and clean door gasket. |
| Excessive noise. | Unit not level; vibrating against wall/cabinet; normal compressor operation. | Adjust leveling feet; move unit slightly; slight humming is normal. |
| Condensation on glass door. | High humidity; frequent door openings; door not fully closed. | This is normal in humid conditions; ensure door is closed properly. The double-layered glass minimizes this. |
