Setup
- Charge the Earbuds: Before first use, fully charge your Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds using the provided USB-C cable. The charging case holds additional charges for on-the-go power.
- Download the Bose Music App: For full functionality and personalized settings, download the Bose Music app from your device's app store. The app will guide you through the setup process.
- Pair with Your Device: Open the charging case. The earbuds will enter pairing mode. Follow the instructions in the Bose Music app or your device's Bluetooth settings to connect.
