Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Power cable not connected; Power outlet not working; Amplifier not turned on. | Check power cable connection; Try a different outlet; Long press O/E button to power on. |
| No sound | Incorrect input selected; Volume too low; Speakers not connected properly; Audio source issue. | Ensure correct input (AUX/Bluetooth); Increase volume; Check speaker connections and polarity; Verify audio source is playing. |
| Bluetooth not connecting | AUX cable connected; Amplifier not in pairing mode; Device too far; Previously paired device connected. | Disconnect AUX cable; Ensure blue indicator is flashing; Move device closer; Disconnect from other Bluetooth devices. |
| Sound distortion / Chip overload | Volume too high; Speaker impedance mismatch; Overheating. | Reduce volume; Ensure speakers are 4Ω or 8Ω; Ensure proper ventilation. If red indicator is on, power cycle the unit. |
| Audio delay (AUX input) | Source device processing delay; Amplifier internal processing. | This can sometimes occur with certain source devices. Try adjusting audio settings on the source device (e.g., TV audio output format). |
