Q1: Why does my device sometimes wake up when plugging or unplugging another device, especially for MagSafe Cable or Lightning Cable?

Plugging or unplugging a new device will render a short charging pause for other devices. This is due to current redistribution, which is a normal case. In addition, this redistribution will also happen when a Lightning cable or MagSafe cable is plugged since Apple's cables have a proprietary power draw, which means Apple's cable will take up some power even without any device connected.

Q2: How to fast charge my laptop?

Please use a single USB-C port (the first USB-C port or the USB-C port with the laptop logo) with a 5A charging cable to charge your laptop. Besides, due to the DELL laptop series' limitation for third-party wall chargers, the Nexode chargers can only support up to 65W charging and may show 'Slow Charger' warning and an exclamation point.

Q3: Is the Nexode charger compatible with your device's fast charging protocols?

Nexode series chargers are compatible with PD3.0 (or PD3.1), QC 3.0 (or QC 4.0), PPS, AFC, APPLE 5V2.4A, BC1.2 charging protocols, which can basically meet the charging needs of all devices. Please note that our Nexode charger is Not compatible with WARP (OnePlus), VOOC (OPPO), POCO (Xiaomi), and Realme Super Charge. For Samsung's Super Fast Charge 2.0 (45W PPS), you can refer to the Nexode charger page to see if it is supported.

Q4: What can I do if the wall charger doesn't work at all?

1. Re-plug the cable and phone device to ensure every part is connected properly.
2. Test this wall charger with another socket.
3. If possible, try it with another cable and device.
