3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the Hbada J323 Office Chair is designed to be quick and straightforward. Please follow these steps carefully.

Attach the casters to the chair base by firmly pushing them into the designated holes.
Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the chair base.
Secure the armrests to the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the left (L) and right (R) armrests are correctly oriented.
Attach the backrest to the seat cushion assembly.
Place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder.

4. Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the chair's adjustable features for optimal comfort.

4.1. Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards while applying or releasing body weight. Release the lever at the desired height to lock it in place.

4.2. Armrest Adjustment

The armrests can be flipped up 90 degrees. To raise them, lift the armrests until they click into the upright position. To lower them, gently pull them down.

4.3. Rocking Function

The chair features a 105-degree rocking function. To activate, pull the lever located under the left side of the seat outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards.

The tension of the rocking mechanism can be adjusted by turning the round knob located at the front underside of the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (stiffer rock) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (looser rock).
