4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking

4.3 Setting Date and Time
- With the device off, press and hold the SET button for a few seconds until the year starts flashing.
- Use the MEM button to adjust the year. Press SET to confirm and move to the next setting (month, day, hour, minute).
- Repeat the process for month, day, hour, and minute.
- Press SET one last time to save all settings and exit the setup mode.
5. Operating the Device
5.1 Applying the Wrist Cuff
- Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface, palm up.
- Place the monitor on your left wrist with the display facing upwards. The monitor should be positioned approximately 1-2 cm from your palm.
- Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. There should be enough space to insert one finger between the cuff and your wrist.
- Position your wrist at heart level. This is crucial for accurate readings.

5.2 Taking a Measurement
- Ensure you are relaxed and have rested for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising for 30 minutes prior.
- Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate.
- Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
- Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic (SYS), diastolic (DIA) blood pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
- The reading will automatically be stored in the device's memory.
- Press START/STOP again to turn off the device, or it will automatically power off after a period of inactivity.
5.3 Viewing Memory Records
Press the MEM button when the device is off to view previous measurements. Each press of the MEM button will cycle through the stored readings, typically showing the most recent first.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the device and cuff gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- If necessary, use a cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
6.2 Storage
- Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
- If the device will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
