4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the bread maker and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the exterior of the bread maker with a damp cloth. Wash the bread pan, kneading blade(s), measuring cup, measuring spoon, and hook with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry all parts.
  3. Placement: Place the bread maker on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
  4. Install Kneading Blade(s): Insert the kneading blade(s) onto the shafts at the bottom of the bread pan. Ensure they are securely in place.
  5. Insert Bread Pan: Place the bread pan into the main unit. Press down firmly until it clicks into position.
  6. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The LCD display will light up, indicating the default program (usually Program 1: Basic) and time.

5. Operating Instructions

The CREATE CHEF BREAD Automatic Bread Maker features an intuitive control panel and 12 pre-set programs for various bread types and doughs.

Control Panel Overview:

  • MENU Button: Press to cycle through the 12 automatic programs.
  • START/STOP Button: Press to start or stop a program. Hold for a few seconds to cancel a program.
  • TIME +/- Buttons: Adjust the delay timer for delayed baking.

Using the Delay Timer (Up to 15 Hours):

The delay timer allows you to program the bread maker to finish baking at a later time, up to 15 hours in advance. This is ideal for waking up to fresh bread.

  1. Add all ingredients to the bread pan.
  2. Select your desired program, crust color, and loaf size.
  3. Use the TIME +/- buttons to set the desired delay time. The time displayed includes the baking time. For example, if a program takes 3 hours and you want it ready in 8 hours, set the timer to 8 hours.
  4. Press the START/STOP button. The timer will begin counting down, and the bread maker will start at the appropriate time to finish at your set hour.

Keep Warm Function:

After a program finishes, the bread maker automatically enters a 60-minute keep-warm cycle. This ensures your bread remains warm and fresh until you are ready to remove it.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
