Setup Guide

1. Physical Placement and Adjustment

The WiMiUS S27 features a unique 2700 adjustable built-in stand, allowing for versatile projection angles, including ceiling projection. Position the projector on a stable surface. The 1/4'' screw hole on the bottom also supports ceiling and wall mounting for greater flexibility.

For optimal image size relative to distance, utilize the 0.98:1 true short throw ratio. This allows for a 100-inch screen from a shorter distance compared to traditional projectors, reducing optical distortion.

2. Power Connection

Connect the provided power cord to the projector's power input port and then to a standard electrical outlet. The S27 projector is not battery-powered and requires continuous power during use.

3. Image Adjustment

The projector features Auto Vertical Keystone Correction to automatically adjust the image for a perfectly rectangular display, even if the projector is angled. You can also manually adjust focus using the focus ring on the lens.

For fine-tuning the image size without moving the projector, use the Zoom Out function, which allows adjustment from 100% down to 85%.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn the device on or off. Allow a few moments for the projector to boot up.

2. Connecting Devices

For wireless screen mirroring, the S27 supports Miracast (for Android devices) and Airplay (for iOS devices). Ensure your device is connected to the same WiFi network as the projector for seamless mirroring.

Note on Streaming Services: Due to HDCP copyright limitations, most projectors, including the S27, do not support direct wireless mirroring of streaming services (like Netflix, Disney+) from your phone. For these services, it is recommended to use a TV Stick Lite (not included, purchase separately) connected via HDMI to the projector.

4. Advanced Settings

• Online Update (OTA): Keep your projector's firmware up-to-date for optimal performance and bug fixes.
