3. For Vertical Cleaning: To clean vertical surfaces, remove the extension wands and hold the T-Racer directly by its integrated handles.

Operating Instructions

Preparing for Operation

1. Water Supply: Turn on the water supply completely.
2. Prime the Pump: Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to release air from the system until a steady stream of water flows from the nozzle. This primes the pump and prevents damage.
3. Connect Power: Plug the pressure washer into a grounded electrical outlet.

Using the K5 Premium Pressure Washer

1. Select Wand: Choose either the Vario Power spray wand for adjustable pressure or the Dirtblaster spray wand for maximum cleaning power on tough stains. Insert the wand into the spray gun and twist to lock.
2. Adjust Pressure (Vario Power): For the Vario Power wand, twist the nozzle to adjust the pressure from low to high, suitable for various surfaces.
3. Start Cleaning: Turn on the pressure washer. Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to begin spraying. Maintain a safe distance from the surface being cleaned.
4. Stopping Operation: Release the trigger to stop the water flow. For extended breaks, turn off the pressure washer and disconnect the power.

1. Attach T-Racer: Ensure the T 5 T-Racer is securely attached to the spray gun (with or without extension wands).
2. Adjust Nozzle Height: The T-Racer features an adjustable dial to set the ideal distance of the nozzles from the cleaning surface. Turn the dial to select "Hard" for robust surfaces like concrete or "Soft" for delicate surfaces like wood.
3. Begin Cleaning: Turn on the pressure washer. Place the T-Racer flat on the surface to be cleaned. Squeeze the spray gun trigger. The "hovercraft effect" will make it easy to glide the cleaner across the surface.
4. Vertical Cleaning: For vertical surfaces (e.g., garage doors, fences), remove the extension wands and hold the T-Racer directly by its handles.

Detergent Application (K5 Premium)

1. Fill Detergent Tank: Remove the onboard detergent tank and fill it with Kärcher pressure washer detergent. Do not use bleach or other corrosive chemicals.

Storage
